Granite: Sustainability That Stands the Test of Time
We manufacture our products using granite from our own quarries or nearby sources, primarily from Portugal and Spain. We process this raw material with minimal intervention, simply carving the natural block while maximizing resource efficiency.
Renewable Energy in Our Production Process
In Portugal, over 60% of electricity comes from renewable sources. Additionally, we have installed solar panels in our factories, generating between 15% and 30% of our electricity demand, depending on weather conditions.
Closed-Loop Water Cycle
We operate a water purification station in a closed-loop system, cleaning, reusing, and recycling the water used in production. This ensures responsible water management with zero waste.
Near-Zero Waste
Block remnants are transformed into cobblestones. Stone cutting waste is processed into gravel and aggregates, promoting reuse.
